Leopold is now settled in Belmonte Palace, next to S. Jorge's Castle. Here, we kept original Leopold essence, a modern and minimal, yet cosy and intimate atmosphere. We have carefully chosen the furniture, tableware and the entire decoration to harmonize with our contemporary cuisine. In the dinning-room, our touchstone it’s a communal table, the chef's table, right in front of the open kitchen. We always care to offer fresh and local products, clean flavours in a refined and contemporary way. This sentence perfectly defines our kitchen concept and what we want to offer our guests. We seek for flavours that are the maximum expression of the land and therefore we work with local small producers or fishermen from our amazing coast. Regarding our wines, we cross season main ingredients with wine profiles; we select small producers whose commitment, rather than producing wine with a commercial profile, is to produce the wine they desire.
