The most Italian Nepali chef in Lisbon has a new space in the city. Tanka Sapkota, responsible for the kitchens of Come Prima and Forno d'Oro, has now opened iL Mercato. It could be just another Italian restaurant in Lisbon, but there is also a grocery store with only products from Italy and a sort of bar of fresh pastas made on the moment.

''It's always a pleasure to bring new things to the city. Once again I did not copy myself, nor the others, explains chef Tanka Sapkota to NiT. The new iL Mercato is situated in Páteo Bagatela.
